Filling signing the digital waivers and liability is a simple process. Adding your payment information is easy too for a cashless and automated approach to pickleball and the conveniences modern software affords us. You'll be playing and having a blast in no time at all

Membership & Pricing
Do you offer family memberships?
No. All memberships are individual.

Is there a difference between prime and non-prime booking hours?
No. Court rates and access remain consistent throughout the day.

Are there membership suspensions or holds?
No. Memberships are fixed for the full one-year term and cannot be paused or placed on hold.

Is there a difference in cost between singles and doubles play?
Yes. Singles and doubles are priced differently per hour as shown in the membership chart.

Are taxes included in the membership pricing?
No. Taxes will be added to the listed prices at checkout.
​
What happens after my one-year membership expires?
You’ll receive renewal options prior to the end of your term, with preferred access for returning members.

Booking & Court Access
Do I need to be a member to play?
No. Guests are welcome to book courts at the non-member rate.

Is there a limit on how much I can play?

Guests: 3 hours per day, with a maximum of 15 hours per week (excluding lessons and league play)

Yes. Non-members may join you on court but will be charged the applicable guest rate.

What are the reservation and cancellation policies?

You may book up to 3 hours per day and 15 hours per week.

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty 24 hours before your court time.

Cancelling within 1 hour of your reservation is not permitted.

After 3 penalty cancellations, your booking privileges may be suspended.

Programming will continue to grow and be refined based on member feedback. Our first full programming schedule will roll out over May and June — be sure to opt in to the offerings that suit you best!

Will leagues or open play be scheduled at specific times?
Yes. Programming will occur at multiple times throughout the day, organized by skill level where possible.

Will any leagues have additional costs?
Standard leagues (most) are included or player-fee based. Special inter-club or sanctioned leagues may involve an additional fee.
Membership Lottery & Waitlist
Is the Membership Lottery still active?
No. The initial onboarding lottery has ended.

Can I still join the waitlist for Ultimate?

Do discounts apply automatically when booking or purchasing?
Yes. Discounts are automatically applied to your account at checkout when you register for lessons, events, or make purchases through Court Reserve.

Can guests access any discounts?
No. Discounts are a membership benefit for Hybrid and Ultimate members only.

Are there seasonal promotions or additional perks?
Yes! Throughout the year, we’ll run limited-time promotions exclusive to members (e.g., apparel drops, paddle demos, early-bird event rates). Keep an eye on email updates and the CourtReserve announcements tab.​​​​​
​​Refund Policy
Are memberships refundable?
Memberships are non-refundable once the club officially opens.

Refunds requested within 7 days of purchase and prior to the club opening will be granted, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Refunds requested within 90 days of the club’s opening may be granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to:

A $75 early cancellation fee, and
-
A pro-rated refund for any unused time.

No refunds will be issued after 90 days from opening.

Refunds will not be provided for missed time, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal. Exceptions may be considered in cases of permanent relocation or verified medical circumstances.
Note: If your membership is refunded or canceled, you will be placed at the back of the waitlist. We maintain a capped total of 600 active members and will fill any vacated spots from the waitlist.

Is there a gym at The Forge?
We have a fitness warm-up zone — not a full gym.

What’s available in the fitness area?

Can I use the spin bikes and kettlebells anytime?
Yes. They are available during all open hours unless space is temporarily restricted for an event.

Are fitness classes offered?
No. We do not currently offer structured fitness classes at this time in the gym area.

What if I need help learning the system or understanding programming?
We’ll guide you! Our team is available to help you navigate Court Reserve, book courts, sign up for programming, and answer any questions you have at the desk or through email.
Remember to complete your online waiver and liability forms before participating. These will be sent out after you create an account and are required to be signed before play. If you just signed up you should receive an email to digital see and sign within the first week.

Is there a dress code?
We ask all members and guests to wear proper court shoes (non-marking soles) and comfortable athletic attire appropriate for indoor play.
